PEFIN's Pricing Policies & Understanding the Cost of Professional Training:

While other training programs on Wall Street, as well as some of the leading Colleges and Universities around the country are offering less than 30 hours of training with tuition fees which are excessively high, and in some cases severely overpriced (in excess of $2,000); PEFIN is in a unique position to offer significant price, volume, and seasonal discounts to all of its customers due to its well established market position in the financial training industry, as well as our reputation for being the best. As a result, PEFIN is presently offering the longest training program available anywhere (40, 80 or 120 hours in total); most experienced team of instructors (with an average of 20 years of investment and 10 years of teaching experience); smallest student-to-teacher ratio (maximum of 5 students per class); and the lowest priced training program available anywhere (50% off for summer classes). In addition, through our price-matching policy, PEFIN will guarantee all its customers that they are receiving the best value for their money; matching any price quotation obtained from one of our industry competitors. Additional price reductions are also availabel for client referreals in the form or a discount, when 2 or more individuals register at the same time, or in the form of a rebate, if the student recommends our training program to another individual in the future. More than 50% of PEFIN's business is generated through client referrals.

PEFIN's Course Length and Empirical Research on the Transfer of Knowledge:

Based upon empirical research, as well as our training experience, the minimum amount of time required to learn the skill and trade of financial modeling and investment valuation, is equivalent to 40 hours or more of classroom instruction, or put another way, a full-time work week. While a regular graduate or college level course is approximately 120 hours long, we believe that investing at least this amount in our training program, should serve as a fundamental basis for developing a more complete set of skills and knowledge required in the financial industry. We also offer intermediate and advanced courses for those students that have already undertaken another course and/or in need of a more sophisticated training approach (please inquire within).

PEFIN's Course Content and Topic Description (Valuation & Financing Analysis):

PEFIN's Training Program is comprehensive principal investing and investment banking finance seminar (40-120 hours in total) which focuses on the application of various financing, valuation and accounting methodologies commonly used in analyzing complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, buyouts and recapitalizations. The general content, format and structure of the course, provides a well-balanced practical and theorectical approach, with special emphasis on the progress of the student, and the application of these financial tools inside and outside the classroom. In addition, as part of our corporate policy, we remain firmly committed to maintaining a low student-to-teacher ratio, and providing full career and learning support to students and alumni, during and after completion of the program. We also offer training as needed, in the use of software and research-based applications (Bloomberg and Thompson). For a free telephone consultation, or to register for a course, please call our training center during normal business hours.
